Teaching has always been a passion for me, but I have learned over the years that each individual has a unique way of learning. The job of a teacher is to find the channel into that learning style. I have worked with children for over ten years. I specialize in helping children who struggle with comprehending math and English. I understand that all children cannot learn in the same manner. As a tutor, I use several different curriculum materials to help students who do not learn with just paper and pencil alone. Math and English can be abstract to young students; and very difficult when one does not understand how to reach students.
