As of 2013, I have a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Bowling Green State University. In addition to my academic achievements, I have worked at Bowling Green State University as an instructor of composition and creative writing. I taught both the Introduction to Academic Writing and the more advanced Academic Writing courses, as well as an undergraduate creative writing workshop. During this time, I was also the acting Managing Editor of the literary magazine, Mid-American Review.
