As a certified TESL instructor, I have worked as an ESL teacher for Aston English in Weihai, China for the past 12 months. Fun Tutor Focusing on Individualizing for each Child's Needs

I have been teaching for 4 and a half years as a third grade teacher in the city of St. Louis. In this position I have created lesson plans and have worked in a whole group setting as well as individually with students. I have done many forms of assessments to show where the student is and what they still need help with. Finding learning solutions one learner at a time!

I believe each student has an optimum learning style and I try to match my teaching strategies to that style. When working with adults, I try to establish motivations for learning first and then move on to the next step - how best to master the infomration or skill.
