After receiving my degree in English Literature, I became a teacher's aide at a small Montessori school in Springfield, Ohio. I taught my students reading for concepts and spelling in a small group setting, never more than four at a time. I start with a discussion of the subject matter from a big picture perspective, to underscore the significance of the issue from an overall business management perspective. I move on to a discussion of definitions and fundamental concepts. I tend to communicate graphically, and enjoy drawing diagrams and charts.
