My teaching style is very structured and organized. I teach with the style that every child is unique and learns at their own style and pace. I do not believe in rushing learning nor that every skill, style, environment or learning setting works for every student. My teaching style also mirrors the idea that children learn through hands on, interactive, tactile, and motivating experiences, resources and materials. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a hands on teacher. I can verbally explain things and then i like to utilize different techniques to ensure the children understand what i am explaning. I am opening to different teaching styles because each child learns differently.
I have currently worked at the Herkimer ARC for the past eight years. I have alot of experience working with people with disabilites from severe Mental Retardation, Cerebal Palsy,Autism, Learning Disability and Mental Heath.
