I love teaching and working with all children. I seem to have a great raport with children and can communicate with them very well. Many children have no one with whom can sit down with them and give them the one on one time and attention that it takes to help them to achieve their academic levels. As a child, I entered the gifted program very young and have always tutored my peers. Tutoring led me to join the Quiz Bowl and other Academic Teams as well as led me to graduate high school early. I have recently earned a bachelor degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and have tutored many students over the past five years in Cost Accounting, Finance, Governmental Accounting, Auditing, Banking, Marketing, and Management at the college level. I enjoy working with children because they have such a capacity to learn and I love seeing the joy when they learn somthing new. I believe in taking your time and being thorough. I understand that some things take more time to learn, that just makes it even more rewarding when they finally get the concept. I believe every child can reach their full potential if given the chance. I am a graduate of West Virginia State University, with a BA in psychology. I graduated magna kum laude.
