I have taught in a special education setting for 14 years. I have worked with kids at all levels and with many disorders. I taught all subject areas as well. I worked with children on the spectrum and also MR kids. I have taught in a life skills classroom where we learned different ways to use our learning and take it into the community. My comments on tutoring ADD/ADHD : I have worked with many students who have ADD/ADHD and developed strategies to help them become successful and confident in school.
