Nursing tutor in many areas of nursing

I have been a staff nurse for 12 years in telemetry/ critical care/Emergency department and have functioned as charge nurse for 8 of 12 years. My current role is in nursing education for the past 4 years in LPN and RN/BSN education at a local university. I teach Fundamentals, Medical/Surgical nursing, nursing research, professional and vocational nursing, and Patho/Pharm. I am also a doctoral student: dissertation will be centered around student development and strategies to enhance and improve critical thinking skills among nursing students.
