I teach writing / grammar students based on their level of understanding vocabulary. Learning how to figure out the meaning of vocabulary words is key in successful writing. Word origin and grammar usuage is how a student builds their writing skills! Learning a wide range of vocabulary words (synonyms, antonyms, metaphors...etc.) gives the student more confidence and exercises the brain.

I have five years experience as a certified early childhood teacher in the state of Oklahoma. I have tutored children from grades pre-k through 12th grade during this time, as well.
