HTML is one of my top subjects! I have just over three years of experience with HTML and I can tutor students in the process of website design as well as in specific markup. My online portfolio is also available on request.

I have experience working with students who are advanced and seeking supplementary tutoring as well as with students who are having difficulty with a subject. I have tutored mathematics as well as chemistry, biology, physics, and other subjects. I have tutored students from a range of ages and I worked with my first student over four years ago while I was in college.
I try to work with students to find connections between different aspects of the material that we're working on as well as to find connections to other subjects. I find that by relating specific topics to broader perspectives on a subject as well as related subjects, the student can gain a greater appreciation for the coherence and importance of a particular subject area.

My comments on tutoring HTML : I have been writing HTML for personal and professional projects since 1998. I am comfortable with HTML4, XHTML, HTML5, browser compatibility, separation of concerns (HTML v CSS), basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and more...

I prefer personal and small group teaching, but I can also do online tutoring with Webex. I like to get to know my students and their goals.
