My experience ranges a great deal and encompasses a lot of subject matter from K-12 Math to English and Literature. My wide range of expertise is indicative of my schooling where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications that exposed me to the Liberal Arts world; while my minor in Industrial and Systems Engineering and Master of Science degree in Information Technology exposed me to more technical subject matter (i.e. various levels of Math). I have had the privilege of tutoring approximately 5 clients in the span of roughly 2 years and each one under my tutelage boasted significant performance improvement in subject areas they found initially challenging.

I constantly evaluate my success in communication of the course material to the students. I believe that everyone who is motivated to learn, will learn, and will learn the skills imparted well. I think about my own teaching style and its impact on student learning. I continuously tailor my teaching of information to the student to accommodate the learning needs of the students.
I have a master’s degree from the University of Tennessee in physics. I have extensive experience in mentoring various University and Air Force Academy cadets and engineering interns during the summers of 2005 to 2009.
