I have just graduated from the University of Tulsa with B.S. in Physics and a B.A. in Music. This dual-degree program has given me a strong background in math and the sciences as well as liberal arts and especially writing, which was required in both fields. I have tutored most subjects at the middle and high school levels, and physics and music theory at the college level. I have also graded homework for college-level physics. As a student at the University of Chicago, I have tutored at the local Ray Elementary school through the Neighborhood Schools program. There, I tutored two fourth grade ESL students, an Italian boy and a Korean girl, primarily in math and reading. I have also tutored at the STRIVE tutoring center, helping a 7th grader and 8th grader with math and reading. As a mathematics major and a math whiz in high school, I have covered calculus and algebra material many times over and approached them in multiple ways (analysis, IBL, etc).
