I enjoy giving the students individual attention. I noticed that often students are ashamed to ask for help or ask questions in front of the class. It is important to walk around the classroom and ask students how they are doing and if they understand the concepts. Many times it only then will a student accept help. Students have a wide range of learning styles. It is important to remember that when helping students. I like to break down a lesson into simpler ideas so it is easier to learn.
Following my graduation from UHH, I was a substitute teacher and tutor for ESL students for 5 months. I have worked students coming from all types of backgrounds. Recently, I have begun substitute teaching again and have been for an additional 4 months. I enjoy working with the students and seeing them excel.

My teaching/mentoring/tutoring style is tailored to the student. I do not believe their is a generic teaching style that will help all students. Most people I have worked with have difficulty understanding a couple of key points and once that obstacle is overcome learning accelerates until the next obstacle is reached. I work as Engineer in Photonic Solution company. However, I am also tutor as part time job with Secondary and High school students on Mathematics and Physics about 2 years. I believed that my engineering degree has enabled me to gain understanding about Mathematics and Physics.
I try to understand the student about problem which make them not understand for each items. I thought Mathematics and Physics are not so hard but just need to get answer of something that cause most of people not understand. I thought the best teacher is not the most cleaver people but must be the one who can solve and understand what normally student don't understand and guide them about that.

There are no bad students, there are bad teachers. Once I had an argument with my University teacher who wanted us to prepare an exercise but did nothing to get our interest in it. I argued because his words were: “It is my job to get your interest to learn” But in that case he didn’t follow his principle at all. I won an argument and he cancelled the task. Other thing I would never bring to my students is the attitude of being Superior. It doesn’t help if you want to make a contact with your student. Everybody learns in their own ways so a Teacher supposes to find a right way to present information and get the interest.

Though I received my degree last June, most of my teaching experience came while I was still learning. In high school, I worked as a museum docent for after-school programs - at one point trying to convince 3rd graders that M.C. Escher's life and work were as exciting as the afternoon TV they were missing. While in college, I worked for Apple computer, teaching adults in one-on-one tutoring sessions in computer usage.
