In 2006 I attended Pacific Lutheran University earning my masters degree in educational leadership with endorsements in special education, reading, and elementary education. After graduate school, I found a job in a middle school EBD classroom. Here I designed my own behavior management program, managed education plans, and created lessons that were exciting and engaging for my students. I worked in this classroom for 2 years. As the daughter of two educators, I spent my childhood immersed in educational values. My passion for education lead me to attend Western Washington University where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and History.
