A Little Bit About Me...

In 2006 I attended Pacific Lutheran University earning my masters degree in educational leadership with endorsements in special education, reading, and elementary education. After graduate school, I found a job in a middle school EBD classroom. Here I designed my own behavior management program, managed education plans, and created lessons that were exciting and engaging for my students. I worked in this classroom for 2 years. Last year, I began working in an elementary EBD classroom with students in grades 1, 2, 3, and 4. I create and manage IEPs and teach a variety of subject matter to a variety of academic levels. I have been teaching math at the college level full-time for almost 3 years and part-time while I was in graduate school for about 4 years.
