I am a hands on instructor. I believe all children can learn through experience and relevance. I like to take topics and subjects and make them interesting and relevant to the students. I am a very open person, and like to talk and make relationships with my students to better understand how students learn and perceive information. My goals are to always provide the best education for each student so that learning new material and subjects are exciting and fun and not troublesome, and to make all students feel comfortable with themselves and their capabilities.

Besides my formal education, I have helped many people while working for Disabled Student Services at Florida Community College at Jacksonville. I helped my blind boss understand the needs of her deaf students. I helped a disabled boy with Algebra and I helped my mom with her math when she went back to college. I enjoy helping younger and older people alike.
