My teaching style varies from student to student. I like to get to know the student in order to maximize their understanding of the subject. Everybody does learn differently, so I am open to change for that said student.
To be honest I do not really have any experience of being a tutor. I am a senior at Reagan High school and for the most part I tutor other classmates and family members. Mostly recently I broaden my range to elementary to high school. I do very well in mathematics except for geometry, Pre-cal, abd calculus because i am not registered for those classes. I was in the student teaching program at Wake Forest and upon graduation, I was a substitute teacher in the Winston-Salem, Forsyth County School system. I also participated in the Junior Achievement program in the Piedmont NC region for over 5 years. I am currently a tutor with the "No Child Left Behind Program."
I am a disciplinarian. I have an excellent ability to gain a students attention, keep it and the results of my students have been well above average.
