However I provided assistance to the teachers and mentored the children that had potential, but didn't have the extra push in life to motivate them to be more. I have six children of my own and know that every child learns differently, even when they come from the same family. I believe the majority of children can master the material they are presented in school, but it is a matter of time. Many children take a little more time to understand the concepts and master the skills needed to move on to the next level.
