My comments on tutoring Algebra : I currently work as an Algebra tutor for the students enrolled at the Art Institute of Atlanta. I also assist students improve test scores who are trying to gain admission into the college yet score poorly on the entrance exam. Therefore I am more than capable of assisting in test preparation as well as greatly improving overall understanding of the subject matter.

My comments on tutoring Algebra : As one of the most important areas of Mathematics that can be utilized in various other branches of Mathematics and real life applications like Optimization, Econometrics and so on, Algebra needs a very good foundation. Algebra 1 teaches students various concepts, tools and techniques to understand basic linear equations and inequalities, word problems and hence apply them later in more advanced courses. It is crucial that a student knows how to work with fractions; both constants and variables, indices, linear equations, quadratics, polynomials, rational expressions and radical expressions as well as basic probability and data analysis. These topics will prepare student for further advancement and understanding.

Holding a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics, I have knowledge of both Mathematics and its application to Economics as well as other real world situations.
