I am in my third year studying music education at The College of New Jersey. Currently, I am studying with Kathleen Mitchell, the Principal Second Saxophone with Concerto Soloists of Philadelphia since 1994. I was trained academically at PAFA to draw and paint still life, landscape, the human figure but as a child, my Mother introduced me to painting in the tub with newsprint taped to walls, with tempra paint in baby food jars to express myself.
