After serving in the US Army as a Russian Voice Interceptor, and raising a family, I returned to university. I received my BS degree with the intent of gaining a MA in teaching. While I was obtaining my MA, I performed as a substitute teacher in several school districts. I had access to 2 long-term teaching positions. The first was for high school special education in history and the second was for 8th grade language arts.
