I like to be interactive- when I'm teaching I prefer to work through a problem with a student together the first time, letting the student more or less watch me. The second time through, we approach the problem with a little more weight placed on the student. In my final year at MTSU, Spring and Fall 2010, I had the pleasure of tutoring in mathematics. I worked for both the department of mathematics and the athletic enrichment center, each providing a different tutoring experience.
