My style of education has always been as an encourager/motivator. I worked with middle and high school students at a vocational center, who the regular schools had given up on. I had great success since I have a high level of energy and passion for learning and motivating people, whether in the classroom, on the athletic field or in the community and church arena(both of which I volunteer in).
