I grasped the importance of education at a very young age and excelled throughout school. I have 5 nephews and a daughter of my own shop I'm great with children. I was an honors grad and I also became a certified nursing assistant before I even graduated high school. I'm great in public speaking and have had many speeches myself with an audience of over one hundred. I do know the main signs as well as the alphabet for sign language because I have a brother and sister whom are deaf. Also I have always been great in mathematics. I use the Russian Method to instill my students with good technique and tone, I use certain pieces for my students that encourage their artistic expression, and I get to know the learning styles of my students so they can all progress with ease. Drawing is one of my top subjects! Drawing was my concentration in College. Media includes anything from Graphite to Ink to Pastels.

As necessary in art, I am a very hands on teacher. I believe that actually doing is the best way (for the majority of children) to not just learn, but retain.
