I enjoy teaching very much. I think a strength trying to use a student's active content or prior knowledge to connect to material. My teaching methods are rather basic. I respect the student, and I encourage the student. I have found that reward goes much farther than ridicule or punishment when motivating a student to believe in themselves, and thus excel. I also teach the importance of information. What I mean by that, is that I teach the student why the information they are learning is relevant to the real world, I don't teach to a test.
