During the last 10 years I have worked with all levels of students, preschool through college levels. These areas include reading, math, english, psychology, science and social studies. I am a self starter and have worked with parents when I owned/operated my private daycare. I have since then worked with children in low poverty communities in Atlanta Georgia, in order to provide an alternative method to learning to ensure that children receive the appropriate level of understanding of various subjects.

My experience includes 2 years as a Youth Counselor for the City of Tallahassee (1999 & 2001). I am also the oldest of 5 children with the age difference ranging from 6-16 years, so I've had the responsibility of assisting my siblings with school work. I love teaching and engaging with people of all ages. Everyone learns in a different way, and it is kind of exciting to see how people think and try to connect with them. I believe that it is possible for anyone to learn; some people just have to take a different approach to get to their objective.
