A Little Bit About Me...

I am kind of new to teaching. I have taught my little brother everything he knows, and I've been told I have a really good way of teaching. Younger students catch on very quickly to what it is I am teaching. If they don't catch on quick, then no problem. I'm very patient and never give up until a student understands the concept. I am very easy to get along with, so the student will have no problems with me. Graduated with honors from Modesto Junior College with an Associates in Music. Four semesters of Piano at the college, five semesters of Voice, four semesters of Music Theory and ear training, four semesters of choir, and two semesters of Electronic Music. As a student I have a firm grasp on music fundamentals and the basics of music theory as well as some voice and piano pedagogy. Aside from my experience within the field of my degree, I've always received very high grades in math and english classes. English and composition (essays, poetry, etc) are my true strengths; however, math also comes very easily to me.
