It is important to make sure that students know the background of whatever they are learning so they can grasp the concepts inside and out. I am a student at the University of South Alabama studying to be an elementary school teacher. I will graduate in December of 2014. I have experience with lesson planning, therefore, I am familiar with the curriculum that is used by the public school system.
