My approach to tutoring is not simply to regurgitate what the teacher has already said in the classroom. Students need to have tried to solve the problems on their own before I help them to get the most value from their experience with me. It does little good to the student for me to guide them entirely through each problem with out them first trying to figure it out on their own.
