My teaching style can be described as casual and comfortable. Students who are having problems understanding certain concepts are better able to grasp difficult ideas when they feel they are in a comfortable environment where they are free to ask questions and discuss their problems openly. I graduated from CSU Fresno with a BA in Chemistry and a BS in Biology. Since then, I have been a substitute teacher for two months for elementary school grades k-8. For the las year I have been a substitute teacher for the Tulare Joint Union High School District. Although I have subbed for many subjects, I specialize in both math and sciences. I have subbed long term for two weeks for Calculus BC and Precalculus, long term for three weeks for Chemisty, and long term for Algebra 1 for eight weeks. I have also subbed often for Geometry and Algebra 2, and am frequently requested by the math department chair at Tulare Union.
