I love helping children achieve their educational goals. I am a firm believer in giving back to our communities through helping children that are struggling academically. Even as a kid, I loved to teach and to learn. And one of the most important things that I've learned is that teaching isn't about asking someone to remember facts; instead, it is about giving them tools to help them think so that those facts mean something. My specialties are journalism, social studies, English, computers, and humanities at both the middle school and the high school level and my work is seasoned with insights from traveling the world as a teacher.
