A Little Bit About Me...

I adapt to the student. In my experience with several students is that they all need a different approach. I like to use examples to explain things to my students for example a video game or sports. I am a patient teacher but demand all of a student's attention.
My education and experience has led me all over the world providing companies with my skills as an analyst and consultant. After earning my BAs in English and History, I wanted to explore the world. I taught English in Korea, Italy, and finally China. I taught in several settings including classroom, individual tutoring, business meetings, and summer camp. My undergraduate education was focused in English and History. I am currently earning my masters degree in Business Administration.

Teaching children and adults is my life's work. I believe not only can all children learn but I believe all children can excel, if given the motivation and inspiration. I also believe that if children learn to love learning, they will excel in all that they strive to achieve. I believe in making learning relevant and interesting. I am adaptable in my style and approach in education. Due to the fact that our children are all unique, I believe their educators should develop, within their own styles, an approach that is unique for each of their students.
