My comments on tutoring Math : I'm not phenomenal at math, but I can do the basics. Pretty much anything on the GED test.

I was never amazing in school, but I recently got my GED and passed with amazing scores!!! I'm phenomenal at English, spelling, writing and anything in that category!! I quite enjoy science. I was never too good at math, but I like it for the most part and I can do the basics. History and social studies, I'm not too bad at. They are definitely not a strong subject of mine though. If you need help with any college schooling, I can't help you. But anything to do with the GED, I can!!

I love teaching kids. All kids can are different in the way they learn. you need to be able to recognize those kids who are auditory learners, and hands on learners and be able to make a good balance of both so both kids may benefit. I like to set goals for each tutor session weather it be something like learning the alphabet or knowing you first ten multiplication facts. During my undergraduate education at the University of Utah I worked for Upward Bound and for Student Services as a tutor for both High School and College Students. During those three years I tutored all levels of Math as well as Physics, Chemistry and Engineering. I also taught ACT preparation courses.
