 English is one of my top subjects!I am a very good speller, am good in grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and can teach anyone how to do all this with no problem. I did very well in school and was the best speller in my school in Colusa, California. I won awards for it.
I teach everyone slowly and by going over the subject over and over again until it is understood. I am a very patient tutor and am good at what I do. I try to think of ways that would be easy for my students to understand. I can even work with Special Education students. My son was in Special Education all through grammar and high school, so I understand their needs. I have eight years experience tutoring subjects like Basic Math, Basic Reading, Grammar, English 250, English 260, and English 270 at Shasta College. I also tutored subjects such as Keyboarding I and Keyboarding II, which is Typing I and Typing II on a computer; Machine Calculations, Business English, Business Communications, English as a Second Language, and Excel. In the eight years I tutored at Shasta College, these are the subjects I tutored and loved to see the success of my students after I helped them.
