My teaching style involves what the student wants to achieve out of my teachings. For example i ask the students during their first lesson, "What musical groups and styles inspire you?" This way I can get a feel for what they are looking for. I also do from beginner to advanced theory techniques with notation, playing with a metronome, flash cards, etc. Teaching is a HUGE part of my life and i couldn't be easier to get along with. Love working with all ages, especially the little ones considering i love to be a role model to them. The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to show someone a bit of engineering or to help them with their engineering work . My teaching style is more to ask questions of student and not to lecture. I also believe in using a humorous or pratical analogy for abstract concept and theory. I believe that fundamentally any student can learn and be successful.
My previous job involved the design and review of Bridges, Culverts, and storm sewers on highway projects to insure completeness and accuracy.
