A Little Bit About Me...

My teaching style, is based on the needs of the student's learning ability. Every child is different and unique. I am hands on. Fine and gross motor skills. I try to make learning simple, and easy for the student, and also fun! Patience really is a virtue when it comes to helping a child learn. That's my most valuable asset.
I was employed as a preschool teacher for ten years. Have worked with students throughout entire employment career. I am continuing my education pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

It is my belief that every person learns differently. Students learn best by different methods and learn at different methods. I find that the best way to tech a student, especially in a one on one environment is to find how the individual best learns and use that, rather than trying to teach by any already formulated method.
As an engineering graduate from Georgia Tech, I have a high level of skill in mathematics, from algebra to calculus and differential equations, and in sciences, especially physics. Also, I began my college career at the University of Alabama, where I was in the honors program. There I had to write numerous papers in the subjects of literature and history, while at Georgia Tech I became proficient in writing technical reports.
