I love working with students and teaching them something new. The best feeling is when someone understands a concept that they didn't before; when something "clicks" for a student, I feel as if my job as a tutor was done. I'm a very determined, persistent, caring, and patient person; all of these characteristics have helped me become a great tutor.
As a current undergraduate chemistry and honors student at Arcadia University, I was recommended to become a tutor from several of my teachers my first year in college. I became a certified CRLA tutor and started tutoring my sophomore year of college; I've been tutoring ever since. As a graduate in Accounting, I was given the tools to be able to teach and comprehend a lot of math skills. I was able to take both Business and Math Courses in college including: Business Management, Calculus, Business Accounting, and Algebra. During the last 4 years I have privately tutored students in math and 98% of them went from being F students to B-A students in both math and business courses.
I love to teach students of all ages. I love the looks on their faces when I help them get something that they never thought they would learn. I am very patient and love to show them a few short cuts on different things that way it makes it easier for them to learn and comprehend. I have worked with IBM after completion of B-Tech in Electrical Engineering becuase of which I studied Master's level Mathematics . I have passion in teaching mathematics which i started tutoring privately while I was doing Engineering degree.I have tutored students in different area of mathematics like Algebra, Trignometry, Staistics, Calculus etc.I have done MBA in finance in year 2010 from NSU.
I am really passionate about teaching.I can realize the psychology of different childern and I beleive that brain can function more than a computer only difference is that there is different way to program it. Once human brain is programmed in a proper way the chances of making an error are negligible.I beleive that one must have complete knowledge of the subject to teach but along with that one must have an art to deliver that knowledge.
