A Little Bit About Me...

I like to believe I have the ability to speak with all children and teenagers in a way they can understand. I feel like I can take something that may look like an unsolvable 1,000 piece puzzle and turn it into something that will start looking like a 200 piece puzzle. I have always had a knack for learning a child's personality which then helps to pose these same problems in a way they could connect with. Every person has the ability to learn! I have found the key is to establish a rapport with each student, and then find the method that works best for them. Some students learn better by hearing the concept. It is helpful for them to first have a conversation about what the subject matter is, and how it is used, and then proceed to the actual lessons. Other students excel when they see the concept first, and learn best through visual aids.
