My comments on tutoring Continuing Education : I like leading those who fell by the wayside before and are willing to correct their mistakes. With these group of students, I use both pedagogy and andragogy. I let them use their various experiences for the benefit of others and I only guide them which means there will always be some knowledge sharing.

I have a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (DBA), issued by Argosy University Florida. 2 Masters degrees from International Management Center Buckingham (UK) and Northland Open University Bournemouth (UK) obtaining HRM and accounting. I have a Bachelor degree from the British Society of Commerce, Wigan (UK) in accounting. I have an Associate degree from ITT Tech Richardson - Texas in Computer Networking Systems. I have used these qualifications to serve a variety of communities.
I feel that learning does not have to be painful and so I make it enjoyable by simplifying the materials. I use powerPoint, lectures, I do role play, group work and challenging methods where students have to use their intelligence to answer questions. I make students solve questions in class to show that they understood the materials.

I love teaching and I love to see the spark in a child's eye when they finally understand a subject they have struggled with! I am a certified special education instructional support aide for an elementary school in northwest Fort Worth. During the school year, I work in Resource and Content Mastery with special education students that are in general education classes but need additional instruction in Reading, Math, and Language Arts. I also provide additional assistance through Content Mastery to students in Science and Social Studies. My comments on tutoring Continuing Education : I have been working for the last two years in adult education at Eastfield College as a part time job. Now I want to independence to have my own business. This is a class or training intended for adult learners, especially those beyond traditional undergraduate college or university students. However, it is not normally considered to include basic instruction such as literacy, Spanish Language skills or programs such as vocational training or GED preparation. Mostly for Hispanic students who want to earn the GED in the US in my case.

I had been teaching Spanish for the last 8 years, but the last four are very successful. The results amazed my college students who are also Spanish speakers, but not graduate from HS. My Spanish learners have all different background indians, asians, anglosajones, afro american, persians, etc, but all of them have one thing in common: to learn Spanish as a second or third language. Work in Plano ISD as a full time Spanish Teacher right now and or the last two years. I had teach in the past all levels, literature and prepare some students college test.
Communicative Approach is my favorite method because is based on the idea that learning language successfully comes through having to communicate real meaning. When learners are involved in real communication, their natural strategies for language acquisition will be used, and this will allow them to learn to use the language. The st ... read more

I enjoy the wonders of discovery and assisting others with master concepts and practical logic that helps them in every aspect of their lives. I am a caring teacher who is encouraging and helpful. I try to explain the material in a way so that students understand and keep trying different methods in order to determine how students learn best. Although I am very serious about helping students learn, I often use a lighthearted approach to help students loosen up and enjoy the learning process.
I am a certified teacher in English and Math with 5 years of experience teaching in both public and private schools. In addition, I have been tutoring for more than 15 years and teaching summer camps for young people for 10 years. Here is Some Good Information About Continuing Education Tutoring

General continuing education is similar to adult education, at least in being intended for adult learners, especially those beyond traditional undergraduate college or university age. However, it is not normally considered to include basic instruction such as literacy, English language skills, or programs such as vocational training or GED preparation. Instead, as the term suggests, it is assumed that the student already has an education and is simply continuing it. Continuing your education? Degree seeking or non degree seeking, a tutor can help.
