I am currently attending West Virginia University to attain my Masters Degree in Human Nutrition. While I have been here, I have had the opportunity to tutor other students in various classes such as biology, anatomy, nutrition, communications, sociology, english, and psychology. I am most fit to tutor in science classes, since that is what my major has required for me to have a strong focus in. I am a very dedicated and organized student and am able to use these talents to help other students to learn how to be the same way. A Little Bit About Me...

I feel that I do my best work with Elementary age children. I like to make education fun and easily accessible. I love using games and hands on activities to teach lessons. My 5th grade teacher made such an impact on me that I have kept her on as a huge part of my life and I want to be that way with my students. I believe that all students can learn and can enjoy learning. I myself plan to continue my education throughout my life. I want to impact my students' lives both in and out of the classroom.
While in college, I spent my time home from school substitute teaching through Frederick County Public Schools.
