A Little Bit About Me...

I'm Alfred University Graduate student in Literacy Education, graduating in May, 2010. I attended AU for my undergrad work in Elementary education. During my time here I was able to do my student teaching, which were the best learning experiences I've had. During the summer of 2009, I tutored a young girl in ELA, to help with her speech and language impairment, which was very hands-on and a pleasure learning about her. With my graduate work I am with a literacy specialist to gain more knowledge in that area. I also get to work 1/1 with a young individual who is in third grade, with a Pre-K reading level.
