I believe that children learn best from hands on experiences. I teach from a constructivist point of view, where learning is fun for my students. Students all learn from one another, and I am a strong believer in grouping students. By having children work in groups, they can learn from one another and share ideas. I also ask my students open-ended questions where there are no " right" or " wrong" answers and the students know that their answers are valuated, and are more willing to take risk and answer questions.
