Israeli general ed, Hebrew and music teacher!

I just moved to Boston from Israel after finishing my service to the IDF. I will be beginning Berklee College of Music this fall for Songwriting and Music Education. I love teaching students of all ages. It is very satisfying to see their eyes light up when they realize they got it. One method i use is to teach the the music that they love and apply the theory and technique to it, and gradually introduce them to more challenging works. A Little Bit About Me...

As a musician, I have taught two private students in Electric Bass, taught a master class for a high school level jazz combo, conducted a high school band for a piece I composed and arranged, and played gigs with talented musicians in the Dartmouth area. I was a hockey coach for beginners for 6 years where I honed my skills as an instructor that make me very adept at teaching.
