I love the Direct Teaching Method, which speaks directly to a child's Learning Style (visual, tactile, auditory, etc.) I start out a session with an activity to capture the child's attention. I love assisting children and young adults and seeing them advance in their learning skills. Your child's success is my primary objective. As a graduate assistant, I was effective at assisting students in understanding complex material in Speech Communications. In previous work evaluations my supervisor has described my teaching style as "Experiential". I have a passion to teach with example and hands on practial skills. I created a game in which to teach parents and children how to get rid of their "hang ups". My motto is "Reaching Higher" and I thoroughly enjoy helping a child or adolescent reach higher to understand their full potential.
