I am a tenured teacher at a local public high school. I have a BA in Education, MA in Gifted Education, and an MA in Educational Administration. I currently jold a Career Teaching Certificate for Mathematics grades 5-12. I taught 6th grade mathematics for 4 years, and the past two I have been teaching Algebra I courses.
I have a variety of teaching techniques that I use on a daily basis in my classroom. Although, I am not certified in elementary I work well with the younger kids as well. I am easy going and enthusiastic.

I have 16 years experience owning and operating my own Performing Arts Studio and instructing classes for 2 years through adult. I enjoyed the opportunity of seeing things through the eyes of children, experiencing their eagerness for learning, and being a part of opening them to reading, language, music, and movement activities to increase their communication skills. I am married and have one extraordinary twelve year old daughter. Family life is a very important part of my life.
