I have tutored grades k-4 in Math, reading and english for the past six years in an after school program. I have studied child development to help me relate to elementary students. My experience in writing for a newspaer has improved grammatical skills.This endeavor has given me an eye for correctness and detail to insist on with my students. My educational background in psychology and early childhood education has given me the insight to allow student to figure out things themselves with a little prompting. My most recent experience was as apreschool teacher.
