Elementary Math is one of my top subjects! As an Elementary school teacher, this is the only subject I taught. I would say 85%-90% of my kids would always come out with a lot of knowledge at the end of the year.

I have taught everything from 1st to 8th grade. My favorite subject to teach is Math. My students (85%-90%) would usually always perform end of the year State Test and on any test that showed grade equivalency they usually performed one to two years ahead of their grade.

My comments on tutoring Elementary Math : I love teaching math using a variety of strategies to insure mastery. Math is actually fun to teach and learn (if taught well)!
