I have taught high school students for five years now. However, I have taught college freshman for a year only. But, I do know what I am doing and I know how to help students. I am patient with everyone so I can communicate better and understand my students problems so, I have always succeeded in helping my students.
I am currently a college sophomore at Florida Institute of Technology studying Computer Engineering so I know the problems a high school or school or college student would face in studies. My teaching style adapts to the students current level of knowledge. I always model 2 or 3 problems step by step before asking the student to try a problem. A student is comfortable knowing that I have "their backs" and won't let them be frustrated for long. This gives a student confidence to try problems on their own.
I taught in two public high schools in Orange and Osceola Counties in the Central Florida area for 5 years where I earned the Professional Educators Certificate to teach mathematics 6 - 12. A Little Bit About Me...

I have always had a passion for math and for helping others. While I was in college I was a math tutor for students struggling in remedial math (subject before college algebra) for a whole year. Also, I tutored middle school students in geometry and algebra. I have also babysat small children and helped them daily with their homework.
