After 5 years of teaching, my business career was always related to my education background. I have been a sales manager and trainer. I worked with ITT as an insurance training manager for 2 years.My sales career has been of a consultive, informational style. While earning my degree in earth and atmospheric science I was a tutor to underclassmen at my university in the subjects of earth science and geography. I hold an English degree from a program that largely overlapped with Education - basically, I have studied teaching as a student at college. On the other end of the spectrum, I have been a substitute educator for Capital Region BOCES for 3 years, working with teaching professionals on short-term assignments.
