I first tutored my peers during high school in two subjects in which I excelled, physics and algebra. In undergrad the tables were turned as I was tutored in electro-magnetism (physics). My BS in Electrical Engineering gives me not only the skills to be proficient in the sciences and math, but also various social studies and English classes. I attended a Jesuit university where the goal upon graduation was to be a well rounded individual able to communicate in many mediums. I really enjoy teaching. There's two things in particular I find especially amazing: The first is working with a student and hear them say, "Oh, that's what it's all about! I get it now." Seeing that sudden "click" when a difficult subject is suddenly clear is absolutely golden. The second is being able see the improvement they've made.
